What are the guidelines for ordering?

To qualify for the FREE 24 hour service, your complete order and production-ready artwork must be received by 2:00 P.M. CST or for orders placed on holidays or non business days.

  • Artwork must be production ready. The file must be received at the same time as the order in Adobe Illustrator format with text and graphics converted to outlines. (In some cases, other formats may be acceptable and that will be determined by our art department). If you need assistance with artwork, please contact us so we can help. You may upload your artwork during checkout or you may email art@promotogogo.com.
  • Catalog quantities only apply to 1, 3, or 5 day service. Less than minimums are not available. All orders are subject to inventory availability.
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order acknowledgement and a "To Go-Go Proof". Your proof must be approved by 4:30 P.M. CST in order for your order to processed same day.
  • Standard ship methods are GROUND service, unless expedited shipping is needed to meet your in hand date. You will be contacted if expedited shipping is required on your order. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
  • Any order clarifications will disqualify the order from 24-Hour Rush Service.
  • The use of licensed artwork requires a written release. Artwork when submitted is assumed to be in full compliance with laws governing copyrights, trademarks, etc. We are not responsible for typographical errors incorporated in submitted artwork. Factory reserves the right to make slight alterations in copy and logos to adapt to imprinting processes.

What do I do if I don't have the artwork in the right type of file?

Contact us immediately and we will see if we can provide fast and effective assistance. We have artists on staff who can help.

What if I can't find the product I am looking for?

Not all products can be produced in 24 hours. If you are looking for something specific and you do not see it on our web site, please contact us today.

What are the restrictions on 24 HOUR, 3, or 5 day service?

All orders must be placed by 2:00 P.M. CST for the order to begin production process on the same day as your order. Production time begins the next business day for orders that are placed after 2:00 P.M. CST or for orders placed on holidays or non business days.

If your artwork does not meet our requirements, your order may be delayed. You will be contacted immediately if your artwork needs modification.

Proofs are available within a short window of time and your approval is needed quickly. If your proof is not approved by 4:00 P.M. CST on the same day your order is placed, your order will be delayed.

How long will shipping take once my product is complete?

Transit/shipping times are not included in 1, 3, or 5 day production service. Most orders are shipped GROUND unless otherwise specified and they are shipped from various facilities in the United States. If you have a firm in hand date or an event, please specify that in the "notes" section when you are placing your order.
